Updated and upgraded Network infrastructure, added Cisco Catalyst 6500 series to existing

Catalyst 2900. We installed Cisco 7960 series voice over IP phones. I worked as a team

member to successfully implement Avvid project at KBs Pomona facilities. My main

responsibility was to write test plan, test scripts, inventory, drew site plan utilizing

Visio, tested and implemented customer requirements.

MSC - Network infrastructure test Project

I worked as a team member to test network infrastructure for voice & data reliability on

new high-rise building. I trouble shot and resolved network connectivity issues between

clients and the servers, data center, and IDF room to end user outlet jacks at each floor.

FSS (Fluor Signature Services) Project

I work as a QA analyst/tester at client site. I maintained existing and new test plans,

test scripts (manual and automated), debug and validate software applications via

WinRunner through out SDLC. I utilize Internet explorer & Netscape browsers for WEB-based

application testing against Oracle database. I interfaced with development team to resolve

service requests and make enhancement recommendations on performance issues, integration &

acceptance testing. I created QAR sign-off documentation for final product release.
