PROJECTS
At Work, as a Student Assistant
: Working on the University of
Mississippi`s Electronic Personnel Forms(1), so that different
Departments on Campus can access and process the University Personnel
forms through Internet. This involves HTML Forms and Cold Fusion
Programming to access the Visual Foxpro Database. Worked as a team
member in University of Mississippi`s Student Information Systems(2)
Project to let the Students access information from IDMS screens
through the Internet. This involves HTML, Perl and Expect Scripts.
Through this system, students could access their grades, accounts,
holds, course listings and could register for their courses. This
project involved HTML, Perl and Expect Scripts. Part of the team in
Design and Development of the University of Mississippi`s Property
Control Department Database . FoxPro 2.0 was used for this Project. At
School, as a Student: Member of Standards and Procedures and
Techniques groups of the Java Algorithm Demonstration Environment
Project sponsored by SUN Micro Systems. Animated the Towers of Hanoi
and Factorial Algorithms to demonstrate recursion with all the VCR
Controls using Java through the Internet . Designed and implemented a
Database in MS Access to keep track of payments and details of the
members of the Economic and Business History Society(3). Constructed
and tested an Ideal Belief Network for a Credit Card Company to give
Credit Cards to the applicants. This was done using Artificial
Intelligence and C++. Developed and tested an interactive, user
friendly menu driven homepage creation program in C++. Developed and
tested a program in C++ to respond to the user requests for their
grades.
