Heartland Automotive Services is the largest Franchisee of Jiffy Lubes in the US, operating 540 stores

in 23 States with 4,600 associates and annual revenues exceeding $400 million

Division Vice-President, 2009 aaa 2012

Provided executive leadership and full P&L ownership for largest division in company, 121 locations in Illinois,

Wisconsin, Ohio, Nebraska and Iowa, with primary focus on driving growth in profitability through strategic

development and field execution. Oversaw total store operations, sales and business development functions including

acquisitions, new programs rollouts and local relationship with the franchisor. Provided cross-functional leadership

with direct supervision of 16 multi-unit leaders across the division.

aa Developed and implemented many processes and systems that were instituted company-wide

aa Increased same store sales each year by developing a sales training program in each division, resulting in an

increase in the average ticket value per customer in every market

When Heartland was formed in 1995, with the merger of four existing Jiffy Lube Franchises, oversaw the total store

operation of the Kansas City Market, growing it from 20 to 30 locations. Reported to Sr. VP of Operations and

with Regional Managers.
