CONDENSED HISTORY
(I can expand upon these positions in a personal interview)
2004-present: General Manager- Onsite management of 124 hi-rise condominiums. Operating
budget of $1.2M, in Ft. Myers. Saved association over $185,000 in operating costs. Contracted
for services with a plethora of business contractors, attorneys and accountants in managing
this multi-million dollar property. Built under Homes for America Holdings, Inc. Supervised
the transition from Developer to the Condominium Association including the Forensic
Engineer study for construction defects which assisted the Association in a number of
corrections and tens of thousands in income from determined defects.
2010-present-: Investor- 64 Unit Condominium Project. Currently under construction. Part of
Gateway Golf & CC. Selected Site Supervisor and construction/maintenance support staff.
Selected the General Contractor for this project.
2008-present /Partner: Commercial project in Argentina. Sold 10-story Office complex to
Argentina Judicial Department. Investor in 700 acre farm in South Argentina.
2007-2010-General Manager (On site) Represented four (4) associations (including one
Master) with a total value exceeding $170M and with operating budgets combined of $3.1 M.,
in Ft. Myers. Hired and trained 10 staff (Administration and Maintenance) all direct employees
of my company. Total Units-434 Supervised transition from Developer to Condominium
Association.
General Manager/Consultant a"on site: (Georgia)-Large scale HOA w/over 3,000 homes and
town homes. 1,700 acres, 46 miles of roads, 3-lakes, marina, Golf Course & Clubhouse,
restaurants, tennis courts and Recreation Center. Budget over $2.5M. Staff-24 FT & 50
seasonal/Year round.
Operations Manager/Partner (Orlando): Supervised eight (8) Portfolio CAMaS Managing 72
community & condominium associations and commercial centers. Worked with Terrabrook
Development.
Facilitated the development of 36 operating budgets totaling $11 million.
Consultant-Contracted for services with a Developer in Orlando (Terrabrook, Inc) on mixed
community associations (i.e., Vista Lakes-1,450 homes/condos), including commercial
properties. Developed many multi-million dollar operating budgets. Mixed community
consisting of : 1,200 homes, 250 condominiums, two shopping centers, two schools and many
community parks.
Alaska Grants & Research Consulting-(Partner) Professional Grants Writer and Fund Raising
Consultant in Alaska. Wrote grants for various Alaskan Native Corporations and
municipalities in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Nome. Grants ranged from $25,000 to $1.4M.
Grants included: Oil port locations, recreational/sports facilities, social service outreach
facilities, Day Care Centers, Alaskan Native educational programs, Special Olympic grants
Recreational Consultant : Nome, Alaska-
of Supervised the construction of the Nome Sports Center (18,000 Sq ft facility) including
gymnasium, racquetball courts, 6-lane bowling center, restaurant, pro-shop, recreation room,
fitness center and indoor tennis/volleyball. Developed the operating budget as well as
managed the staff and operations.
Accomplishments/Designations
National Federal Grants writer-University of Chicago. National license for professional grants
writing.
HOA and Condo since 1991. In 2001 obtained my "Professional Community Association
Manager" license through Community Associations Institute. There are less than 2,500
PCAM's in the US out of over 460,000 community and condominium associations.. "The PHD

US Olympic NW Director for Wrestling - Promoted US Wrestling exchange program and
summer camp in Freestyle Wrestling. Worked directly with Japan and Germany in wrestling
development of the sport within USA. Coached Alaska Freestyle team in Regional Freestyle
Wrestling at Boise State University. Team finished 3rd out of 43 teams competing.
US Olympics-Regional Gold Medalist. Qualified for US National Team Trials.
Alaska Rotary Club-VP; Nome, Alaska Chairman for economic development project with BP-
Sohio, Texaco, Mobile, Tesoro and ARCO. Exploratory wells off Nome in the Bering Sea.
Eighteen (18) month project.
Medalist Wrestling Clinic-Former owner of residential sports camp in Alaska. Over 125
athletes per 4 week session. I hired Olympic and National Wrestling Instructors. Marketed
camp throughout Alaska and Northwest USA. Conducted many wrestling clinics throughout
Alaska and Northwest USA.
