Legal matters, Depositions, Case Reviews, IME S etc.

**Retainer required for initial review equal to 4 hours ($2200.00); any unused portion will be refunded. **

Subsequent time: preparation, review etc $550.00 per hour

Discovery depositions: f ees are payable 2 w eeks in advance . 1st and 2nd hour at $650 per hour. 3rd, 4th 5th etc. hours of depositions are

to be paid at $750.00 per hour

Notice of cancellation must be received no later than 2 weeks before or deposition fees are non-refundable.

Trial testimony ..$6000.00 per day plus expenses. Must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to trial

date.
