- Paid $50 to design a CD label and DVD box for a piano concert

Kung Fu and Tai Chi:

- In Canada's 2011 International Wellness Tai Chi Qigong Tournament, won gold in group Liuzijue [Six Word Incantation], bronze in group Baduanjin [Eight Part Movement], and Honorable Mention in Individual Baduanjin [Eight Part Movement]

- Received 5 gold medals in USAWKF's National-International 2010 Wushu-KungfuChampionships for Wushu Longfist, Wushu Straightsword, 42 Yang-style Tai Chi Straightsword, and Group 42 Yang-style Tai Chi Straightsword

- 1st place UCB's 18th Chinese Martial Arts Tournament: Wushu Straightsword

- Received the President's Volunteer Service Award for over 100 hours of service in 2011

- One of the founding presidents of Shines Club: a cross-school, student-based organization dedicated to improving prospects for children in underserved regions through classroom mentoring, fundraisers, donations, etc.

- Organized a successful bake sale and is currently organizing a book drive, a reading club, and a trip to Sun Village, China to tutor inmates' children for Shines

- Journeyed to Lijiang in Southwestern China during summer 2011 to teach orphan children at the Lijiang Ethnic Orphanage School

- Volunteered at the QingCongQuan School for Special Children to help young toddlers with autism in Shanghai, China in summer 2011
