My career with Payless has been an exciting. I received many awards and performance appraisals throughout my twenty-five year career as manger.
As manager, I provided services which involve store budgets, cost matters and many other important roles such as receiving monthly operating budget from supervisors in which I was responsible in making sure that all store line items and internal cost such as payroll of all employees were within the establish budget.
My management responsibilities included but not limited to the hiring of new personnel, functioning as the store timekeeper, developing and maintaining a productive and cost efficient workflow which was based on company guidelines.
I was responsible for receiving, reviewing and the completeness of multiple store accounting data. I Lead and coordinate all store associates into a well-organized team.
As manager, I was responsible for all maintenance of company equipment including keeping an up to date inventory of all company products. I made sure correct procedures are followed for proper dispose of used and damaged equipment. I tested new and updated equipment in order to streamline our workflow and train associates for proper use.
