History Payroll Coordinator-HR Support Administrator

Preparation of semi monthly payroll for

approximately 250 full and part time employees.

This includes payment schedules for adjunct

instructors. Maintain database system changes and

updates as well as payroll schedules.

Provide advice on the resolution of pay related

issues. Including monitoring records for pay

irregularities an changes in compensation laws.

Invoiced for reimbursement of payroll related

expenses such as wages SUI, 401k, 203B, Benefits

etc.

Completion of running reports before the actual

payroll "runs" to review for any errors in time

punching of non exempt employees. Also,

includes running semi monthly registers, cost

center reports, and distribution of cost center

reports to specific managers, so they can compare

expense to their budgets.

Overseeing the correct completion of paper-work

needed for the addition of new hires to PeopleSoft

System. Responsible for the transmission of that

paperwork to corporate headquarters.

Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures

to effect continual improvements in efficiency of

services and systems.

Responsible for month end reports submitted to the

VP of Finance. These include salary and vacation

accruals, allocation expenses and adjunct

forecasting. Also any salary reclassifications, if

needed, on a monthly basis.

Generated accounting reports according to

established criteria and schedules.

Maintain records, reports and logs to conform to

audit inspection regulations i.e. SOX.

Maintain annual filing of College Work Study files

for state audits.

Maintain completed files on the adjunct faculty for

payroll audits.

Responsible for the filing of the Human Resources

and Payroll related information for annual IPED

reports

payroll/accounting duties.

Leave of absence, STD, LTD, FMLA and ADA,

paternity, adoption and workers' compensation,

Office Operations Manager

Responsible for the processing of the payroll for

employees thru ADP, and the calculation and payment

of the sales force commission payments.

Administration and maintenance of all employee

benefits, employee records, including time and

attendance, increases and promotions through the

ADP Program System. Responsible for the accurate

posting of sales, forecast of sales, accounts

payable and receivable, and cash disbursements.

Managed/supervised 7 sales representatives, and 10

clerical/customer service staff.

Payroll/Benefits Manager

Managed/supervised and responsible for payroll,

thru ADP on-line-system, for 500 employees on a

bi-monthly schedule and a monthly payroll for 1099

payment for contract therapists. Responsible for

timely reconciliation of payroll taxes and

deposits, journalizing payroll expenses.

Implemented and redesigned new benefits, annually,

accounting procedures and database systems.

Responsible for county program billing, independent

contractor billing/reimbursement. Administered all

aspects of accounts payable/receivable with the

billing department and physician billing, coding

and reimbursements. Redesigned and implemented

policies and procedures for employee health care,

retirement plans and 125 plans. Responsible for
