2012 to Present F. ZIEGLER ENTERPRISES, LTD.: North Fond du Lac, WI (Contract machining) serving the agricultural equip., lawn and garden, recreational marine, and fluid power industries.

Director of Operations: Lead and direct 3-shifts manufacturing operation through line supervisors and managers including, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and quality.

* Implemented capacity requirements management and work-center loading capability to facilitate on-time delivery performance to customers resulting in past due line items reduction from in excess of 200 to 15 in two months. Established OTD metric and drove On-Time-Delivery performance from approximately 50% to 85% toward objective of 95%.

* Established Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) program to achieve 95% minimum accuracy and facilitate Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) throughout the organization.

2000 to 2012 BACHHUBER MFG. CORP.: Mayville, WI (Contract machining and manufacture of press automation equipment) serving machined parts and stamping/trim press industries.

General Manager: Lead and direct all facets of the organization through functional managers including sales, finance, manufacturing operations, engineering, and quality. Implemented lean manufacturing principles throughout the organization including manufacturing work cells, just in time - kanban inventory, setup reduction, and quality at the source.
