* Lab Quality Control Monitor: Responsible for collecting, graphing, & interpreting data in order to monitor the efficiency and accuracy of 11 instruments w/ 16 on board chemistries and use data to assign appropriate mean and standard deviation values to each chemistry to generate an appropriate range. In addition, to instructing operators on how to resolve performance issues and properly monitor instruments during quality control runs

o Verification of Once Weekly Flow Cell Maintenance for Low Volume Instruments

* Verify that the electrolyte performance for instruments running once weekly flow cell maintenance is equivalent to the electrolyte performance for instruments running twice weekly flow cell maintenance within a 24 hour calibration stability

* Developed an electrode conditioning procedure for newly installed K, Cl, and Calc electrodes on DxC instruments

* PHOSm Reagent Improvement Project

o Recovery of Controls and Patient Samples of PHOSm Reagent

* Improved reagent performance without software changes for both DxC and Lx operating systems

o PHOSm Anticoagulant Protocol

* Evaluated the effect of anticoagulants in primary blood collection tubes on the recovery of PHOSm
