Managed several software projects for in-house development teamsand
customer clients. Created a business plan to migrate SMS's standard
relational database, Microsoft SQL Server, from version 6.5 to 7.0.
Responsibilities included: defining the migration strategy, acquiring
resources, identifying tasks, developing schedules, and directing the
project. Officially announced the general availability of the Y2K-
Ready Online Architecture Software - Graphical User Interface to478
customers' nationwide. Coordinated resources from internal
