I presently seek full-time employment as an executive assistant. My background is administrative with 20+ years experience in offices in Manhattan, New York, and Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, in California.

Strengths: Writing/Editing/Proofreading – meticulous grammar, spelling, and punctuation of the English language (business writing, journalism, playwriting, screenwriting, television scripts, children’s stories, comics.) Also, page design and ad copy. Photography (35mm, digital, video).
Accomplishments: Publication of my own 32-page, full-color, bi-monthly magazine, sold on stands for 2 years. That is, I created the features, layout, wrote the articles (how-to, show coverage, biographies, etc.), wrote all advertising copy, and photographed for the magazine. I also created and managed the website, contests, fan mail, circulation fulfillment.

Virtual Assistant: I telecommute transcription/typing services via freelance Internet sites. All work is sent to me via email (scanned or audio recorded on tape cassette, mini cassette, CD, or mp3 file), or via U.S. postal service. I transcribe, according to deadlines required, advise when it is completed, then I am paid through check, money order, or Paypal. Upon payment, I deliver completed transcription. (If desired, client may see portion of work done ahead of time.) Please note: my at-home, on-line business only uses Microsoft Word, Excel, also Photoshop, PageMaker, Movie Maker.
I presently hold a Real Estate Associate Broker license. I have been a real estate agent for 5 years.
I am also a substitute Rural Carrier for the post office.
