SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Quality system evaluations on the business systems of over 200 clients ranging from Fortune 2000 to Fortune 50 companies in North America and Europe. I reviewed processes and associated documentation, verified conformance to standards, and documented the results. Presented findings and offered proven alternatives to the top management.

Result: Enabled companies to maintain their quality status, improve product development and eliminate waste. Implement accountability and improve process capability and customer satisfaction.

Development of a Supplier Quality Program within the incoming inspection department of a $1B manufacturer of semiconductor test equipment. The inspection queue was characterized by: significant backlogs, poor quality, and constant scheduling interruptions. Utilized a cross-functional team, including key suppliers, to redefine the process, and develop effective communication within the entire supply chain. Engineering updated specifications, suppliers built to realistic tolerances, and quality reduced inspection times and implement ship-to-stock programs.

Result: Saved over $1.2M for the quality budget in its first 2 years of implementation.
