Such areas include engineering design, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operations research; asset management, and program documentation. Managed production of 352 high quality J-85 jet engines while steering the Engine Regional Repair Center (ERRC) workforce through two significant Reductions in Force (RIF) actions that reduced the workforce by a staggering 40%.Financial whiz - took initiative in revising an ineffective financial plan in order to trim down overall program cost. of methods involving test equipment, visual checks, and instruments, diagnoses and identifies problem and determines the extent of repairs required.

Managed all maintenance and equipment support for 45 F-16 and C-130 aircraft which flew 7,000 flights and 36,000 flight hours. Directly accountable for the coordination of on and off equipment maintenance between 7 individual repair stations. Personally ensure d that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions were performed in accordance with all policies, technical guidance and directives. Also enforced the quality assurance program.
