I have had many part time jobs in the past, but never stayed with one company for a long period of time; so my experience varies. For the last two years I've been working for my fathers janitorial business supervising other employees and working for myself. This job required a lot of hands-on work and responsibility. It didn't pay much for the fact that my father was paying for my schooling. But what benefited me while working for my father was that it showed me leadership skills and how to work with other people that didn't speak English so well.
