* Worked with Quality Control department on stress relieving welds.

* Managed project through 5-year storage and interruption, change of ownership and major design deterioration changes. The interruption occurred after major equipment were manufactured which were seriously guaranteed, impact`s loss material, etc. Ownership changes caused disruption in continuity and responsibility. A change to Air Cooling Condenser from Cooling Tower was as major technical and construction impact on all aspects of the project.

* Supervised a $350 million (AQW) project for DPL Power Company using three different Contractors on Night Shift including electricians, pipe fitters, and painters. Conducted 7 deferent Union Craft with the Contractors.

* Conducted daily Safety meetings with safety personnel.

* Conducted daily work schedule meeting with Superintendent Contractors.

* Installed the Quality Control Scrubber (AQX) system including FRP piping, fiberglass duct work and glass line duct work, and the required electrical components.

* Managed $480 million project, including parts supplies in the USA and Mexico to ensure parts were produced to specification.

* Processed daily FIR and FCO to Suppliers.

* The first contractor on the project was 5 months behind schedule, and was removed, three other contractors were brought in and we finished the project on time with 300-500 workers on two shifts.

NOOTER / ERIKSEN, Fenton, MO 12/1999-1/2003

* Supervised shipping and receiving all parts and tube bundles by on rail on $88 million project in Hermiston Oregon.

* Coordinated and monitored on- schedule changes and damaged parts.

* Assisted contractors with RFI`s and FCO required paper work including their three weeks per planned schedules.
