August 2010-Present Lead Field Engineer and Site Manager General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc.

Managed as many as 60 personnel performing maintenance on MQ-9 Reaper aircraft at Creech AFB and 2 classified locations abroad. Oversaw all maintenance and support activities in support of the war on terror. Duties included managing aircraft and engine phase flow, assigning duty positions and ensuring aircraft availability for continuous operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Recently managed the set-up of a Ground Control Station and Predator Primary Satellite Terminal along with building 2 MQ-9 aircraft in less than 72 hours enabling the customer to commence operations within 96 hours of arrival.. Submitted numerous technical order improvements and prepared deficiency reports on deficient parts. Coordinated movement of parts from San Diego, CA to different sites in Afghanistan and Ethiopia with FEDEX, UPS and DHL.

Apr 2008-May 2010 Maintenance Superintendent with Battle Space Flight Services LLC, Creech AFB, NV

Managed 37 civilian personnel performing maintenance on 11 MQ-1 Predator aircraft at Creech AFB and at a deployed location in Iraq. Oversaw all maintenance and support activities in support of the war on terror. Duties included managing aircraft and engine phase flow, assigning duty positions and ensuring aircraft availability for continuous operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Submitted numerous technical order improvements and prepared deficiency reports on deficient parts. Managed the cannibalization rebuild program on aircraft that hadnaaat flown up to 1 year.

Sep 2002-Sep 2003: Squadron Lead Production Superintendent USAF, 757 AMXS, Nellis AFB, Nevada

Managed 25 Predator unmanned aerospace vehicles (UAV) and 13 HH60 helicopters with a total of 500 assigned aircraft maintainers in support of the war on terrorism. Duties included assuming responsibilities for other deployed sortie generation superintendents and preparing daily status briefings for the wing and group commanders. Managed aircraft phase flow, resolved scheduling problems between squadrons for shared resources and assured aircraft availability to meet the daily flying schedule and support all wartime tasks.

Jul 2001-Sep 2002: Sortie Support Superintendent USAF, 11th RS, Creech AFB, Nevada

Managed a flight of 30 personnel maintaining tools, test equipment and technical data to support Predator flight line operations both overseas and at home. Oversaw procurement of aircraft parts, wheel and tire build-up, aircraft battery refurbishment and 100/300-hour airframe and engine inspections for 20 assigned UAVS. Included 3 deployments to classified locations.

May 2000- Jul 2001: Squadron Lead Production Superintendent USAF 510th FS, Aviano AB, Italy

Managed a fleet of 24 Block 40 F-16s and supervised the daily maintenance and operations of 240 aircraft maintainers from 10 different career fields. This included extensive coordination with Lockheed Martin technical representatives, AFETS and depot contractors. Resolved scheduling conflicts for shared resources such as the aircraft wash rack, paint barn, weight and balance facility and egress maintenance, in addition to fleet management, coordinating with back shops and resource sharing with our sister squadron, and Spanish and Canadian F-18aaas.

Mar 1999-May 2000 :Current Ops Flight Chief USAF, 31st OSS, Aviano AB, Italy

Managed a flight of 38 personnel from 14 different AF career fields, (P&S, Life Support, Analysis, SERE, Avionics Manager and Facility Manager along with Wing Scheduling). Responsible for the bed-down and reception of forces during the War against Yugoslavia. This included extensive coordination to pour concrete and asphalt exceeding 1 million square feet utilizing Italian contractors. Increased airfield parking capacity in 30 days and resulted in the capability to park 84 combat aircraft to 212 fighters, tankers and reconnaissance aircraft on the ground at the height of the war. Additionally, translated for the NATO Secretary General, Spanish and Italian Defense ministers, and U.S. Secretary of Defense. Culminated with the reception and bed down of the White House Staff, White House Communications Agency, AF One and Marine One in support of 3 Presidential visits in May and July 2000.

Feb 1998-Mar 1999: Airplane General Superintendent USAF, 555th FS, Aviano AB, Italy

Managed and supervised a flight of 65 F- 16 crew chiefs responsible for the maintenance of 24 F- 16aaas in one of the worldaaas premier fighter squadrons.

Jul 1997-Feb 1998: Inspection Section Superintendent USAF, 555th FS, Aviano AB, Italy

Managed a section of 20 personnel performing aircraft and engine phase inspections on 24 Block 40 F-16aaas.

Oct 1995-Jul 1997: Quality Assurance Chief Inspector USAF, 347th OSS, Moody AFB, Georgia.

Managed and supervised a flight of 44 QA inspectors for 48 F-16aaas, 24 A-l0aaas, 13 C-l30aaas and 10 HH-60 helicopters. Responsible for the performance of over 1000 quality verification inspections, personnel evaluations, initiating one-time inspections, aircraft impoundments for accidents and incidents and close coordination with depot and field representatives for repairs that exceeded local repair capabilities. Exercise Evaluation Team Chief evaluated maintenance capability to prepare and conduct combat operations.
