DIVISION / REGIONAL sales manager

Consultative Sales / Turnarounds / Channel Development / Positioning / Client Relations / B2B

Staff Development / Distribution / Product Launches Placement / Promotions / Negotiations

I broke into challenging markets and complex buying structures with new and existing products, implementing creative promotions that increased sales for leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Arizona Teas and Seagrams.. Building solid client partnerships, I quickly secured premier product placement within retailers such as Target, Winn Dixie and Publix.

Motivating sales teams to exceed personal and company performance goals, I maximized revenue and share growth. I consistently exceeded aggressive sales goals through accurate forecasting, new business capture strategies, and consistent allocation of available resources. I can quickly contribute to your organization by:

Leading sales divisions and territories to top company and industry rankings

Building profitable relationships with clients and vendors

Transforming customer needs and requirements into high volume sales

Designing and executing multi-brand promotions to capitalize on sales opportunities

Training and motivating high performance sales teams

I earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin. Colleagues describe me as energetic and dynamic with a strong customer focus. Consistently promoted, I am an award-winning sales performer and team leader. I was recognized by Seagrams President for top performance and Coke for unprecedented distribution numbers during Diet Coke push.

Selected Accomplishments

Drove product to #1 at major retailer. Created and delivered sales program presentation to Publix, securing gallon package distribution in 450 locations next to 20 oz. products to showcase cost savings. Expanded program to include 1100 locations, driving gallons to be the #1 selling package, representing 60% of Arizona sales. Achieved top SE ranking.

Doubled margin through alternate logistics program. As the sales of Arizona Gallons were multiplying, identified need to reduce transportation costs of product being shipped to SE locations from PA. Located Winn Dixie production facility and directed talks to secure local production site.

Reduced transportation costs by $1 per case or $5M/year.

Launched product, surpassing goals.

Seagrams partnered with Coca-Cola Enterprises to represent Ginger Ale Mixers to retail across the SE. Presented lines at 19 kick-off meetings. Designed promotions and sales incentives, achieving distribution through 85% of accounts. Achieved #2 market status for product sales in the US within 18 months.

Turned around declining market sales. Sales of RC Cola had been declining for two consecutive years. Appointed to lead division. Cultivated trusting relationships with management within five sales locations throughout FL. Expanded sampling programs and launched targeted local marketing campaigns. Drove sales up 20% in first year achieving three years of double-digit sales growth.
