Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. - Senior Cost / Schedule Analyst, Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH) and
V-22 Tilt Rotor 2004-2008
Provided weekly direct labor hour reports and updated status information in support of Control Account Managers (CAM) and Work Package Leads (WP).
Analyzed, prepared and produced data in real time, and reported, to determine status of assigned control accounts.
Projected percentage of work completed, prepared estimate to complete (ETC) for labor hours and other cost elements, and anticipated completion dates. Based on results of inputs, assisted Control Account Managers (CAM) with adjustments to work package activities to project accurate schedule status.
Supported monthly reporting of direct and indirect cost elements to identify and explain variances to contractual thresholds.
Validated Estimate at Completion (EAC) relative to the contract baseline on a semi-annual basis, or as required or requested.

Hired through Global on contract-to-hire basis in support of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor program. Hired by BHTI for full time, direct employment, August 2004. Performed similar functions as noted above for Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc.
Participated in implementation of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS), replacing existing cost and schedule management systems.
Initially responsible for the Engine Nacelles portion of the V-22 Osprey Tilt-Rotor, then, Fuel System and Propulsion.

Senior Pricing and Cost Control Administrator 1989-1991
Priced and proposed Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) and contractual line item requirements.
Coordinated creation, receipt and review into finance and contract departments, for other functional department estimates and subsequent pricing.
