IIt was a very intense school . You had to have an 85 percentage to pass. We had to memorize 151 mixed drinks .We learn also about many other thing such as Wines, Beers, Champagnes, even Coffees and many other drinks used with foods also.Our class was set up like a regular bar so you would get the best hands on experience.

I took 4 yrs Vo Ag and FFA, I took 2yrs welding, I took mechanical and I was envolved with high school jazz band for 4 years.I also attended Tri County Truck Driving School and I also graduated from ABC Bartending Institute.

I have been in the Food buisness since I was about 15 I started in the pizza buisness and I have now Managed for Dominos and Pizza Hut and Hungry Howees and was also a fast manager for Flying J .I have worked as bar back for my Brother and finally decied too get my license also. My Brother ran several bars from here to Florida.
