consultant. I am interested in relocating to Victoria, BC. While I

SUMMARY For the last twelve years I have been employed as a

consultant, primarily to AT&T Communications. Most recently, in my

role as Project Manager - Maintenance Systems, I represent Customer

Care interests on various management teams who are charged with

bringing new products to market, with the emphasis being AT&Ts entry

into provisioning local telecommunications services. Each manager is

responsible for identifying all impacts on both systems and processes,

and bringing to the table a commitment from their respective systems

development group.

My other duties are related to coordinating a systems re-engineering

effort migrating an MVS legacy system to a client server platform.

Previous assignments have been for the most Project Manager functions

in systems development efforts: - Billing Systems, Payroll, Human

Resources, Ordering and Provisioning Systems, Customer Service,

Trouble Reporting Systems, General Ledger Systems, etc.

Prior to becoming a consultant, I built a solid Systems Development

background through 11 years of employment as a Programmer, Systems

Analyst, Systems Architect, Systems Tester, Project Leader and Manager

at Bell Canada, Seagrams, Concordia University and Foxboro Corporation

Limited.
