This started as a temporary position, which became permanent in March 1996. As
Project Manager for Bank of America's Security Product Management and Vault
group, I am responsible for the planning, execution and management of special
security (alarm and CCTV) and Vault projects for BofA's banking centers in
California. Responsible for tracking alarm projects in California, Oregon,
Washington, Arizona and Nevada. Provide weekly and monthly department reports
for senior management. Assist the Security Product Manager in strengthening the
department's credibility throughout the Bank, redesigned and implemented the
equipment ordering process for Field Services; created tracking procedures for
all projects; distribute project status reports; facilitate meetings;
communicate with all levels of management, including vendor relations;
responsible for maintaining department documents and databases.
