Worked with MCPS and three employee associations to develop FY2009 MCPS Operating
and Capital Budgets
Served as MCCPTA Operating Budget Chair and President, produced analyses of MCPS
budget initiatives vs MCCPTA priorities, prepared presentations and documents for use by
local PTAs and MCCPTA testimony
