Collegiate Associate Professor (1995 - 2007) teaching Information Technology courses, including applications management, program management, HTML programming, Web design, ergonomics, and online security to world-wide diverse multi-cultural students. Innovated the use of online course delivery features in the traditional classroom environment and for curriculum program management.

United States Navy, world-wide locations, 1975 to 1995 (retired with Senior Chief command experience) :

Head of Personnel and Training for the Integrated Undersea Surveillance System, Pentagon, Washington, DC. Responsible for managing human resources of over 2,400 personnel with an annual training budget of $218M. Collaborated on setting the vision and establishing the strategic priorities for the Oceanographic Systems Technician world-wide program.

Systems Management Officer for Oceanographic Station in Iceland. Responsible for installation and maintenance of a $560M equipment suite. NATO liaison for systems review, testing and repair. Simultaneously administered the technical security and test equipment evaluation programs.
