I am responsible for the Course Descriptive Data (CDD) and Program of Instruction (POI) development in Marine Corps Automated Instructional Management System (MCAIMS) for the 5979, 5974 and 5939 training programs. I assist the Tactical Data, Air Support Air Defense and Air Radar Training Sections with the development of their training materials in MCAIMS. Working with the Subject Matter Experts (SME), I develop the Learning Objectives and Concept Cards for the fore mentioned courses. I am responsible for inspecting and assisting previous mentioned training sections with the development and maintenance of the related Master Lessen Files (MLF). I assist in the development and evaluation of the Master Plans and the Presentations in accordance to the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Manual. I assist the Instructor Training Unit (ITU) with evaluation of other section's courseware and instructors.

I have trained personnel in the fundamentals of Miniature and Micro-miniature Circuit Card Assembly Repair and Soldering using a 2M Soldering Station and Microscope. I have trained personnel in the use of Automated Test Equipment Circuit Card Assembly Troubleshooting which consisted of the AN/USM-674 Test Equipment and an IBM Computer. The AN/USM-674 included the Huntron ProTrack II, Switcher, and ShorTrak 90.

I critique junior instructors and assist in the training of junior instructors, in accordance with Instructor Evaluation and Certification Program, in the Program of Instruction and Training strategies directed by my command.

I have evaluated and updated existing MMATE courseware and made the recommended changes and updates in accordance with the SAT manual. I have recommended new ITS standards for the MMATE 8641 MOS and developed new courseware according to theses recommendation and Technical Manual. I supervised the changes and development of new Master Lesson Plans for MMATE. I supervised and maintained the existing courseware in accordance to SAT standards and the current School Academic SOP. I developed and maintained existing Multimedia presentations using Microsoft and Adobe applications. I use MCAIMS to maintain and update the courseware.

I participate in Course Content Review Board (CCRB) meetings, the assist in the updates and changes in the CDD, POI and Master Lesson Files. I am the primary responsible person for updating MCAIMS and the Master Lesson File with the approved changes.

I was responsible for the development of the Master Lesson Plans, PowerPoint Presentations and Student Handouts Tutorials and Testing for the AN/USM-674 when it was introduced in Sept 92.

I have maintained my Master Instructor rating accumulating over 8000 classroom hours. I have completed all required Instructor Training Courses. I am an Adjunct Facility Adviser for Instructional Management School (IMS) for the Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC). I assist in the training and evaluation of new instructors for MCCES.

I was responsible for entering received property into the DAISY system, and maintaining on-site inventory. I perform all warehousing, sales and reutilization operations within DAISY. I assisted the Reutilization screeners and prospective Sale buyers on inspection tours of properties available for reutilization or sale. I performed all on-site duties of the Reutilization Tech and answered most questions regarding reutilization cycles, freezing an item and the completion of the needed forms and contacting the area Government Service Agency. I performed all on-site sales function except contracting. I answered most questions regarding method of sales, sale dates, and mailing lists for catalogs and purchasing procedures. I generated the sales catalogs and input sales information for Internet viewing. I tracked Item Accumulation and Reutilization Cycles. I initiated reutilization freezes and completed reutilization documents. As needed, I assisted the Environmental Protection Specialist. I have entered Hazardous property and waste documents in to BOSS and have PMFed disposal orders.

I performed routine office clerical tasks including receiving visitors, screening telephone calls, maintaining office administration files, and operating office equipment. I maintain the master files of publications and forms, making changes and updates to publications, regulations, directives and standard operation procedures. I maintained the work hour/workload tallies, input the personnel timesheets and generated the monthly activity reports.

I have formal and informal training in a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office Products, and the Digital Automated Information System (DAISY). I had the on-site responsibility to install software and computer equipment updates and changes.
