There are different types of collection devices: vacutainer, butterfly, or syringe. The age range is from infants, adolescent and adult. The last eight weeks consist of a Clinical Rotation in area Hospital, or Physical Office. At the completion of the Phlebotomy Program the students are eligible to sit for their certification examination.
