* Served as USPIS`s Liaison for the Attorney General`s ongoing initiative, -Project Safe Childhood (PSC),- by positioning USPIS`s contribution in the DOJ/PSC guidebook for all participating agencies and coordinating related national operations

* Drove support for production and issuance of Amber Alert Stamp as an adjunct to DOJ`s Amber Alert Program (May 2006), further increasing national consumer awareness

* Led the transformation and transition of the Child Exploitation Program to a nationally driven program that provided greater focus and strategic direction. Resulted in an all-time high federal prosecution rate; an all-time high lead-agency rate (by positioning USPIS as lead agency over 90% of the time); and, overall better quality, high impact, casework. Managed five regional teams comprised of approximately 40 personnel

* Developed Case Results Measurement System that used metrics for case elements to validate quality work

* Led the coordination and development of the 2 SMRT 4U Internet Safety and Awareness campaign that encouraged and promoted safe online practices among teen girls. The campaign was recognized with DOJ`s 2007 Internet Safety Award and the advertising and marketing industries Effy Award

* Generated team momentum with other senior DOJ, FBI and ATF managers that led to establishing the multi-agency UNABOM Task Force (June 1993) that resulted in the capture of Theodore Kaczynski on April 3, 1996

* Planned, implemented and led several global investigations dismantling some of the largest known commercial child pornography distribution rings of their time, including Operations Special Delivery, Avalanche and Lost Innocence
