Developed an Asset Protection/Risk Management program for a family-owned company of 30 stores plus warehouse based in Las Vegas, NV. Conformed company to OSHA standards, and implemented forklift licensing, inventory procedures, exception based reports, investigations, and cash controls where no previous programs existed. Reviewed and developed client programs to reduce risk management claims, high associate turnover rates, theft, and liability exposure. Developed strong relationships amongst all associates, clients, and owners of the company. Established benchmarks for shrink levels. Did market analysis on the purchase and installation of CCTV systems.

Director of Loss Prevention

Responsible for overall shrink and cash control initiative programs. Effectively decreased loss by 1.2% to sales. Rolled out XBR software for identifying and enhancing controls at store level. Responsible for 7 corporate stores in Chicago, IL. Revised and controlled inventory shrinkage from 3.2% to 1.3% of rough analysis, conducted investigations, audits, and implemented inventory controls. Developed a strong Loss Prevention team amongst stores and all divisions within the company.

Based in Sao Paulo Brazil, maintained accountability for Chili, Argentina, and Brazil for all aspects of Loss Prevention, including establishment and implementation of Loss Prevention programs. Developed and directed a staff of 200 associates.
