Currently working with Quiltcreator.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nostalgia Home Fashions, providing a range of IT services and support, including XML development and support, Flash/Flex development and consultation for multiple online channels, Google Analytics setup and maintenance, and general IT and eCommerce related services.

Plan, oversee and implement eCommerce development and strategy reporting to Director of Marketing and eBusiness, including coordinating efforts with multiple vendors and internal staff to support ongoing and future eCommerce activities.

• Oversee Web Host migration effort, including planning, research and selection of new Web Host partner, coordinating efforts with Quiltcreator.com, current and new Host Partners, and payment gateway partners.

• Support advertising channels and a wide range of online marketing and advertising avenues, including MarthaStewart.com and various search engines, each with their own specific technology requirements.

• Consult with senior management to provide analysis and strategic consultation regarding the eCommerce site structure and architecture, which was built utilizing Flex, Drupal and Übercart with an XML bridge to Sage and MAS 90.

• Realized a nearly 300% increase in sales revenue within 6 months of Tupperware.com launch. E-mail campaign related revenues increased from an average of $8,000 per campaign to over $200,000.

• Combined website and email campaign sales exceeded $2.1 million after launch.

• Created and established post-project guidelines and operating procedures for Tupperware's internal teams to ensure that the site would be properly maintained and internal communication within and between departments would be clear and concise resulting in increased cooperation.

PM/Lead Software Engineer, Sonalysts, Inc., FL 1998–2002

PM/Lead Software Engineer on JSIMS (Joint Simulation System), a large-scale Java-based enterprise application development project, allowing all branches of the Armed Forces to stage combined tactical training exercises. Worked with classified government information requiring an active Security Clearance.

• Managed JSIMS Integration Facility (JIF) Software Problem Reports (SPRs) tracking system, comparing data against Key Performance Indicators, Project Scope, Goals, and Critical Success Factors.

• Organized and coordinated testing efforts within JIF, tracking Basic Interface Testing (BITs) with results used by SME, testers and developers.

• Directed software and architecture development of tactical decision aids for the Navy Integrated Tactical Environmental Subsystem (NITES) II and the SPPEDS ICAP Integrated Product (SIIP) under the auspices of NAVSEA and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. NITES II and SIIP being n-tier client-server, mission critical, component-based enterprise application systems utilizing and implementing both custom and third party packages.

• Led the Java redesign of Maritime Search and Rescue Meteorology Decision Aid (MSAR) software utilizing UML, OOA, and OOD. Led requirements process, infrastructure and architectural design, programmer coordination with NAVOCEANO, and testing of software.

• Implemented Rational Unified Process (RUP) within software development teams. Enforced OOD methodologies across multiple projects. Organized and led User Seminars, Use Case Scenarios for all Java based development. Oversaw development of C, C++, and Java applications within the U.S. Military Command and Control infrastructure in a UNIX and Windows environment.
