This position involves working directly with Chevron Project Managers to
provide field supervision for remediation activities that are assigned to the
Chevron San Luis Obispo Office. The position include the following
responsibilities
Provide project support for set-up and close-out activities.
Observe site activities performed by Chevron suppliers
Report and provide updates to the Chevron PM on activities
performed
Verify Chevron suppliers are in documented compliance with:
Chevron Corporate and OE Processes
Applicable regulations and laws
Permit requirements
Work Plans
Any other applicable project-specific requirements
Measure and report:
Project performance metrics
HES metrics
Labor, material, and equipment usage
Assist in incident investigation, development of RCA s and incident
reporting as needed.

Field Supervisor
Responsibilities included supervision of hurricane response crews
performing functions including flagging, loading, truck driving and crane
operation for disaster clean up of Mobile, Alabama area after Hurricane
Katrina. Met daily with FEMA contractors to discuss safety issues, clean
up locations and daily schedules of equipment and personnel.

remediation transportation needs, including fleet maintenance, hiring and
supervision of company personnel, transportation and site supervision
from hazardous and non hazardous waste remediation sites to disposal
facilities. Coordination of activities between trucking, construction, and
environmental companies, including implementation and enforcement of
site safety plans. .

Duties began as a maintenance mechanic and then advanced to heavy
equipment operator. In 1980, Casmalia began a transportation service
for Generators of Hazardous Waste. Became Transportation Manager
overseeing transportation of bulk and containerized wastes, including
acids, caustics, heavy metals, solvents, and PCB s. The Sales Manager
position was later added to my duties. In 1989, I purchased Casmalia s
transportation fleet and formed Jervicon Inc.
