economic and fiscal impact studies, economic positioning projects for municipalities
and housing authorities, and assistance for New Markets Tax Credits applications
and allocation placement services for both public and private sector entities.
Leads capacity building and evaluation efforts for diverse client operations such as
financial, technical, or management in a variety of industry settings to effectively re -
engineer processes, enhance the use of technology, and ensure responsive service
