PERSONAL HISTORY

I was born in communist Russia in 1934. My family moved to dictatorial Iran at the onset of

the WWII in 1939. There, I received my education from kindergarten to completion of

Medical school. I migrated to capitalist USA in 1964.

I was born in a Bahai family. As such, I was proud that my religion was the only one that

equates men & women, recommends universal language & universal government, etc. In

high school, I learned that these ideas had come into vogue some decades earlier in

western Europe before the birth of the Bahai religion.

Gradually, I began leaning toward atheism, especially in medical school. Then, a Jewish

friend of mine told me that he became an atheist because their Bible describes the earth

as a flat land placed in the center of the universe. There, I suspected that every religion

adopts its contemporary knowledge. I looked into Christianity & realized the influence of

Buddha on Jesus.

Ashoga, the emperor of India had converted into Buddhism a few centuries earlier & had

sent missionaries to different cities including Damescus which had a large Jewish

population. This was how China converted to Buddhism.

Science & church have been arguing for a long time on the question of God's existence.

I have found a way to prove that Moses worshipped the Moongod, therefore, proving that

all religions are pagan, that God does not exist.

UNICOMP

In my judgment, all existing systems of business & government are primitive & subhuman,

though, each system has good points which can be put together to form a much better

system. With this in mind, I have designed a system based on the following principles (see

unicomp for more explanation

1. Unidirectional competition (eliminating combative competitions including wars). United

Nations must declare war illegal & ban the production of weapons of war.

2. A shoe maker must compete with other shoe makers without using anything to obstruct

the path of other shoe makers. This is how the swimmers & the runners compete. This is

unidirectional competition which is distinct from combative competition as in boxing &

capitalism.

3. Majority rule is not democracy. The Greek word for majority rule is pleocracy, not

democracy. In true democracy, the majority & the minorities rule proportional to their

sizes.

4. To Each According to Each's Productivity (quality x quantity). Welfare must be

extended only to medically disabled individuals & only in proportion to their disability & be

demanded to be productive accordingly. Everyone else must be provided a Job (Right to

Job). A portion of everyone's income is, by law, saved for one's retirement.

5. Absolute 'Open Book' policy in all social matters including politics & business.

6. Village capitalism where the village owns all businesses therein as it is done now

regarding hospitals, schools, co-ops, etc (a city consists of numerous villages).

7. All businesses are financed by their respective villages. This makes every employee in

the village an employer parter. The employer entity becomes a partnership among the

employees. An inventor can sell his invention or idea to the universal government to

become public property. The inventor can also obtain a timed universal copyright or timed

patent of no more than 9 years duration, borrow from a nonprofit bank a low-interest rate

capital, & start a business.

8. Racism work both ways. Forcing people to mix is as undemocratic as racism is because

it undermines personal choice. Unicomp allows every ethic or racial group build its own

new exclusive village with its own local businesses.

9. In unicomp, incomes are calculated on hourly basis & the hourly wage for every job is

predetermined by its job description, not by market's supply/demand, not by negotiation.

There is a ceiling for maximum wage as well as a floor for minimum wage. The difference

between them is determined by constitution. I suppose, the maximum hourly wage would

be no more than 50 times the minimum wage.

10. The unicomp human rights includes the right to have a job.

11. The unit of money would not be dollar, yen, etc. It would be one hour of the standard

non-skilled labor, named daric after the first international coin 24 centuries ago. This way,

all wages & prices would be inter-related & stabilized.

12. All natural resources & the resources spontaneously produced by nature belong to all

peoples of the world. This includes the responsibility for their proper management, use, &

maintenance.

13. The unicomp educational system is based on the triad of discipline, science literacy, &

empowering conscience. A certain degree of formal education must be free & mandatory

everywhere in the world.

14. The fact that no country can provide a 5-star healthcare for all of its citizens is no

excuse not to provide a free basic healthcare for them.

15. The criteria for becoming a judge at the national level would be: doctorate degree with

majors in social studies & sciences, graduation from impartiality training, & mental

reconditioning. A judge must not be a lawyer because lawyers (prosecutors &

representative lawyers) are trained to be partial with primary interest to win their case

regardless of who is guilty or innocent.
