JURY AND TRIAL CONSULTANT
Consultant to civil and criminal trial attorneys pre-trial and in court
in the areas of trial strategy, jury selection and voir dire.
Pre-trial consultation may include community surveys,
litigation of voir dire and jury selection issues,
focus group and other social science research,
design of juror questionnaires, and development of voir dire
questions and issues.
Trial consultation may also include witness preparation,
case strategy, theory and theme development,
and assessing effects of pre-trial publicity in applicable cases.
Pre-trial and in-court jury and trial consultation experience in
numerous State and Federal District Courts throughout
the United States.
Extensive experience with pretrial publicity, having been trial consultant for
the defense in State of South Carolina vs. Susan Smith, U.S. v. Theodore
Kaczynski, State of Georgia vs. Ray Lewis, U.S. vs. Eric Rudolph, U.S. v.
Richard Scrushy.
