and report on impervious surface levels in Triangle neighborhoods.

Worked with Durham Community Development Dept. to evaluate outcomes of Durham s

Consolidated Plan. Assessed spending with relation to housing and crime using ArcGIS.

Prepared report for UNC s Executive Director of Real Estate on ways to use site design

to improve pedestrian and bicycle connectivity between an infill site and the University.

Analyzed environmental, economic, and social impacts of proposed development using

ArcGIS, Bentley WaterGEMS, Bentley SewerCAD, and Excel.

Intern Durham, NC 2012

Performed spatial analysis for long range planning project. Collected data on land use, urban

form, and pedestrian transportation infrastructure around proposed rail stations; organized and

displayed data in ArcMap. Assisted with study of industrial land demand and development of

village plan. Reviewed Future Land Use Map amendment cases and presented initial findings to

elected officials.
