Write checks for REO property invoices that come in & send out payments to contractors

Scan and save all invoices, checks on the drive and sort them by bank and agent

From Quickbooks, manage REO Billing statement report (making sure accounts zero out)

Collect all REO billing reimbursements and deposit them into bank account, then record them to Quickbooks.
