Director of Global Compensation
2007 - 2012
Worked in the Corporate Headquarters office. Led all
compensation programs and initiatives during a period of
restructuring and reorganization. Managed a staff of seven
professionals at both the home office and in remote locations.
* Outsourced Equity Administration to create an ROI on a $12M
annual budget. Initiated through executive education,
international capabilities, dividend reinvestment, website
development, and international call center.
* Redesigned Sales Compensation Plans to focus more on revenue
growth, improved margins, simplicity, and performance.
* Partnered with Vanguard and Towers Wyatt and developed a
comprehensive retirement planning strategy. Completely revamped

* Launched a global compensation and job grading Initiative to
