1997 - 2012

A Technology and Software led Services company.

Director of Global Compensation

2007 - 2012

Worked in the Corporate Headquarters office. Led all

compensation programs and initiatives during a period of

restructuring and reorganization. Managed a staff of seven

professionals at both the home office and in remote locations.

* Outsourced Equity Administration to create an ROI on a $12M

annual budget. Initiated through executive education,

international capabilities, dividend reinvestment, website

development, and international call center.

* Redesigned Sales Compensation Plans to focus more on revenue

growth, improved margins, simplicity, and performance.

* Partnered with Vanguard and Towers Wyatt and developed a

comprehensive retirement planning strategy. Completely revamped

* Re-engineered Compensation & Benefits department to better

focus on best practices, technology improvements, and autonomous

salary costs ($350K in annual savings).

* Launched a global compensation and job grading Initiative to

create governance and consistency on jobs and compensation around

the world for over 10,000 jobs.

Manager of Incentive Compensation

2005 - 2007

Oversaw the design and administration of all sales, service, and

incentive plans in the U.S. during a period of restructuring and

reduced head count.

* Worked with cross-function leaders from sales operations,

service, HR, and finance to design sales and service plans for
