As mentioned earlier I have nearly completed my Psychology degree which I took to compliment my HR degree. Within 1 year or 2 tops I will be finished. In regards to psychology I have taken coursework focused on Industrial Organizational Psychology(I/O). This would be very valuable to any company perhaps not at the entry level but higher up on the chain. I also stay current with new I/O researched strategies that would be valuable to any HR department.
