Led the full lifecycle design, development, and implementation of the Critical Care Tracking (CCT) and Medical Surveillance subsystems for LEADERS, the 1st program of its kind that provides military, government, and civilian personnel with the enhanced ability to identify and mitigate the consequences of a biological warfare event, a significant disease outbreak, and a natural or manmade disaster.
