A major manufacturer of polyester and vinyl ester resins. . QC Manager
Responsibilities included training and supervision of up to six
technicians, resolving quality problems between production and
customers, proposing and maintaining a laboratory budget, developing
new procedures, making lab samples, SPC data, data entry, maintaining
lab equipment and supplies, keeping and testing retains.
Accomplishments: Successfully helped get ISO 9002 certification for
the Pryor facility. Modernized the Quality Control Laboratory.
Remolded and expanded the laboratory. Reduced Retains by 50%
Successfully trained an entirely new QC staff. Resolved customer's

laboratory shifts. Led the way in the education of Statistical Process
Control for the laboratory personnel. Learned the use and operation of
