Managed the engineering team assigned to operations of nacelles (part of wind turbine that houses all of the generating components, including the generator, drive train and brake assembly). The scope of the department was production operations, warehouse operations and inbound/outbound operations (raw material form supplier to warehouse and finished product shipped to wind farm)

Responsible for meeting KPI's including utilization, efficiency, productivity, reduction of lead time, capacity increase, reduction of direct and indirect manpower, reduction of costs, reduction of waste and non-value added processes, budget and investments, ergonomic and safety improvements, support to supply chain

Responsible for manufacturing and warehouse processes, process improvements, implementation of new processes and best practices, industrialization of new manufacturing plants, special projects and prototypes, managing talent, hiring and training

Implemented lean processes, 5S, utilized six sigma, organized kaizen events

Introduced new line assembly process in order to implement pull and increase output capacity. Introduced vending system for supply of consumables. Implemented Captor 3.0 to automate worker data input into SAP
