Qualifications I have diverse background, and can offer a wide variety
of skills for your organization. I am an experienced computer user,
and have several certificates on computer applications. My most recent
position of interest was with the City of Spokane, Washington, where I
was employed as a Program Assistant/PC Technician. My BA is in Urban
Planning and Regional Development, along with a minor in Technology
(45 credits) . I am a self-starter, and a team player, but most of all

Spokane Community College is multi-platform environment, using both
Novell NetWare 3.12, and NT 4.0 Server. My primary duties are to
perform computer maintenance work, troubleshooting, maintaining and
repairing of computers, peripherals and software. Installing and
upgrading computers with LAN. cards, memory modules, and hard drives.
Maintains network connection within the Library Resources Center, and
all computers (33 PC's) within the resource center. Install and
configure various software (Win95, Reflections, Office 95, Outlook 97,
Netscape, etc.) and provide user support. Conferring with faculty,
students, staff and supervisor(s) in determining equipment problems.

) Remove outdated PC's from user's desk, and replace with HP VL
and VA Pentium systems, and configure for the WinNT 4.0 server network
environment. Install and upgrade software, 3.11 WFW. to Win 95.
Install WinNT 4.0 Workstation and Win95. Install printers, and
plotters. Upgrade memory for both PC's and printers. Install Norton
Antivirus, Office 95, Reflections, and Netscape Navigator. Responsible
for the sale of surplus computers, which included security mitigation
of the HDD. Used LapLink for primary upgrade of existing systems to
Win95, as well as WinNT 4.0 workstation. PC trouble shooting installs
harddrives, CD-ROMs, floppy drives, modems, LAN. cards, and
maintenance.

Anchorage, Alaska. Spring-Fall 1996 Upgrade, install, and maintain
computer system and software. Peer to Peer workgroup, Win95, Office
95, and Quickbooks. Provided virtual tours of Alaska via Internet for
probable clients of Alaska Internet Marketing. Manage building and
grounds maintenance for the facility, and sold boats for extra income.
