Duties/Domain: Engineering Broadcast and Integration

* Integrate in interoperability broadcast and video processing studio specific equipment (Leitch, and AJA frame synchronizers, entire Evertz product line, Miranda ITX, Omneon, Harris, Seachange, CISCO/Sc Atlanta, Tandberg/Ericsson), RF and IP based systems

* Research and evaluate various encoding, transcoding platforms such as MPEG2, MPEG4 part 10 - AVC, AVC-Intra, DVCPRO HD by Panasonic, with focus on all compression algorithms, video formats, standards
