Rob brings a very different perspective to Property Management. He

has been a commercial property owner and property manager for over

12 years and he truly understands the value of cost containment and

tenant retention. Rob spent 35 years in the insurance business in

Underwriting and Claims which has developed his customer service skills

and his ability to work with people under a variety of circumstances.

Rob understands that one of the most important aspects of property

management is developing a relationship with the tenants. Tenants

need to feel they are being cared for and appreciated. Rob has found

that the best way to develop this relationship is regular on site visits

and periodic contact with each tenant. Tenant concerns need to be

heard and handled before they become issues that can effect long

term occupancy.

Rob has strong working relationships with a large variety of Vendors &

Contractors relative to his claims experience and 12 years of property

management.
