Helping hospitals and private practice physicians in outsourcing their medical dictation and transcription needs, thus securing 24 hour turn-around time on all medical reports, to include History and Physicals, Operative Procedures, Discharge Summaries, Radiology and Pathology reports.
This also helped hospitals in cost-reduction strategies of occupying office space for medical transcribing staff, and over-all savings in payroll, taxes, fringe benefits, and other non-revenue producing items.
My company operated 7 days a week, around the clock, 365 days a year; with a large staff of medical transcriptionists, covering 3 different shifts.
State of the arts facilities and computerized programs to provide doctors and hospitals with the fastest available turn-around-time, sometimes within minutes of dictation.
Provided training to medical transcriptionists, incentive programs, and fringe benefit packages. This also included a mini day care center for those with small children. I was a pioneer in my field when it came to understanding and fulfilling the needs of working mothers.
