Presided over the operation of the LDS Church from Guatemala City north to the county of Mexico. Responsibility

and country civil officials, management of 7 Districts of the LDS Church, coordination with 7 Stakes of the LDS

Church and management of a missionary force of more than 200 missionaries.

universities and two sub-campuses. Managed, coordinated, interpreted, and analyzed financial and management

operations for the entire System. Advised the Chancellor/President on all financial matters as well as overseeing all

budgetary matters for the Universities and System to include all capital building operations, financial investments,

compliance with federal and state matters, coordination with Texas State House and Senate, human resources of the

System, etc.

. Implemented new financial system for the UH System at each university in the system

enhancing the financial operations and saving the system millions of dollars.

. Consolidated the financial operations from an outside Chancellor s Office located in

downtown Houston to the main campus saving millions of dollars for reallocations to

educational purposes

. Reorganized the structural system of reporting in the System to provide flexibility and faster

Served simultaneously as president of the captive insurance company for the University of Michigan located in

Vermont. This is a $100 million captive insurance company used to unsure various assets of the University and those

who worked therein.
