Program Planning & Facilitation
Led evaluation planning processes for nonprofit and public agency clients identified intended
outcomes, indicators, key audiences, strategies, activities, outputs, and data collection methods
Clients include the National Park Service, the Family Project of the Human Rights Campaign,
the D.C. Office of Partnerships and Grants Services, and American Inns of Court
Facilitated program planning consultations with nonprofit staff members, boards of directors, and
advisory councils, delivering multi-year work plans, action memos, and comprehensive meetings notes
Clients include the All Children All Families Initiative, the Health Equality Index, and the
W elcoming Schools Program of the Human Rights Campaign
Program Monitoring & Evaluation
Conducted all phases of comprehensive process and outcome evaluations for foundation, government,
and nonprofit clients created logic models, evaluation plans, and data collection tools (including
surveys, interview protocols, and focus groups guides); conducted interviews, site visits, surveys, and
focus groups with multiple stakeholders; and analyzed and wrote evaluation reports featuring key
findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Clients include the National Park Service, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners,
REALITY Israel Experience, Centers for Disease Control, and the Intellectual Property Rights
Attach Program and Global IP Academy of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Evaluation Teaching, Training, & Technical Assistance
Led multiple training sessions in all aspects of program evaluation, including webinars on advocacy
evaluation, half-day sessions on outcomes and results, and multi-day trainings covering evaluation
planning to data analysis
Clients include the Congressional Hunger Center, the Missouri Foundation for Health, Echoing
Green Foundation
Co-taught a graduate course in program evaluation at The George Washington University
Project Management
Led multiple client accounts as an independent consultant, at an evaluation consulting firm, and at two
public relations firms, managing budgets, work product, and relations with clients
Managed an organizational development process through Innovation Network with the Annie E. Casey
Foundation to implement results-based accountability into all aspects of the foundation s work
Launched an advocacy evaluation project at Innovation Network funded by the Atlantic Philanthropies to
identify evaluation frameworks for nonprofits and foundations that invest in public policy advocacy
