Includes consumer testing of digital television and high definition picture and hardware preferences. Cable franchising work includes statistical assessment of community and resident's perceptions of cable television service. Have served as lead researcher on cable television and other technology related needs and interests ascertainments in a variety of municipalities including Detroit, MI; Denver, CO; Milwaukee, WI; Lincoln, NE; Vancouver, WA; Seattle, WA; Danbury, CT; Norwich, CT; Plano, TX; St. Paul, MN; and several others.
