REPRESENTATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
With American Home Products:
1) Facilitated in the acquisition of a well-known brand company. Directed the integration of all aspects of the new company. Subsequently managed the company as resident parent company officer. Through this five-year assignment I utilized all the Packaged Goods management skills honed from previous assignments. This division went from sixth in the industry to second in only two years. Capital projects upgraded manufacturing efficiencies from 650 cases per hour to over 2,400 per hour.
2) Developed a new commodity in Argentina and Chile with a 1-year exclusive that was ultimately picked up by most manufacturers of similar products. This item increased shelf life and solved the problem of deteriorating materials on long ocean shipments.
3) Worked with commodity dealers in Brazil and Italy for the sale of a production by-product. Developing banking, LOC and shipping agreements for many containers of the commodity.
4) Directed the development of RF integrated warehouse control and distribution system. The system facilitated centralized warehousing for national distribution of 1,500 SKUs.
5) Presented to my company and client firms the application of new hardware and software technologies to satisfy their specific business objectives.
6) In my sales role I was responsible for the sales domestically and internationally. I restructured the Specialty Distribution Sales program and implemented it nationally. Planned and developed a private label program that requires minimal inventory and quick response to customer orders. This program was growing at 30% new business per year.

Oracle Consulting Services brought me in to provide an industry and systems perspective to their clients. In most assignments I was the lead or managing consultant. Worked several engagements from business requirements through end user training. In three cases I was sent into problem accounts to smooth and deliver.
