• Job Role is to handle the International Customer regarding the Service Issues of the CNC Machines like Horizontal Lathes, Vertical Lathes, Boring & Milling Machine, Wheel Turning Lathes & Vertical Machining Centers.

Traveled to countries like Switzerland, France and Germany during May 08-Jul 08 to provide sales & service support to Electronica Europe (Geneva) customers present in Tunisia and Germany. Helped in the installation and commissioning of Electric Discharge Machine at GE France (Belfort) and in Wire Electric Discharge Machine in Germany.

During Aug 08-Sep 08 visited to Tunisia & South Africa to give service and sales support to the clients using Electronica Machines and in Jun 09 visited South Africa for the installation of Electronica Machines.
