Accomplishments

Experienced in the Financial Services Profession working for international banks, life insurance and investment companies. Recruited, trained and managed over 400 financial advisors and managers. Able to grow the region five-fold by developing some exceptional Financial Advisors, Field Trainers, and Divisional Directors. Created two new regions and promoted Five New Regional Directors, many of whom won several national awards. Senior management frequently referred to my operation as a training ground for their managers. I won the following national awards:

In private practice, I founded and trademarked the Canadian company "Personal Financial Coach (c) and still own the Trademark. I have always strived to be ahead of the herd with my forecast and recommendations. Invested heavily in independent research and chose twelve independent analysts as my primary resource for compiling my Recommended Buy List of investments. The track record of the manager of each investment had to consistently be a First Quartile Performers. This resulted in less than one-half of one percent of all investments available making it on to my Recommended Buy List, and in order to remain there they had to continue to be good performers. Every 90 Days I printed the statements for all clients and spent the following ten days reviewing the performance of each investment for every client. This "hi-touch pro-active service and accountability" helped with client retention as well as generated lots of referrals. Sold practice in 2011 and the new buyer said: "No other advisor has ever sat in front of their clients as frequently as you did". I have my Permanent Resident Card to work in the USA.
